Alternate route to Ridgewood. A circuitous suburban route that avoids hills and with many turns. Option to do a 5-mile loop to Radburn. Many lunch options in Ridgewood: on a nice day, picnic in the park on Broad St.; famous Ridgewood Pancake House is a right turn on Ridgewood Ave. but it's always crowded.
